Leadership:  This subject is the flagship of our entire list of professional learning opportunities.  As one leadership guru (John Maxwell) puts it, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.”  We reveal the real truth about leadership, and how anyone can become a leader.  We also discuss the different roles a leader finds himself or herself in at different times and under various situations, and how to prioritize these roles for optimal results.  We ask the questions– how does leadership and management differ; when are they similar; what are the differences in authority and power - among many other pertinent issues.
